Terms and Conditions
- All payments are to be made over the Internet via PAYPAL at the time of order on our secure payment site.
- The company will endeavour to deliver goods within 7 working days but cannot guarantee that goods will be delivered on a specific date, nor will the company be liable for any claims made due to non or late delivery. Made to measure items will take a little longer.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to carry out a visual inspection of goods arriving at their premises and any damage to packaging must be noted on the carrier’s documentation.
- In most cases delivery will be made direct from the factory by the manufacturers own carriers- polesandblindsdirect.co.uk cannot be responsible for any delivery problems but you should inform us by email of any problems within 24 from delivery and we will deal with them on your behalf.
- Made to measure goods cannot be cancelled or returned as they are of no use to anyone else. Confirmation of measurements will be made at time of order.
- Any query or complaint regarding the quality of the goods received must be sent to us by email within 48 hours from receipt of goods.
- The company will not be liable to pay out of pocket expenses for any reason.
- No goods will be accepted for return without an authorisation number.
Please contact us via email for shipping price for goods outside the U.K. These will be individual according to the length and weight of the order. A money request will be sent via Paypal for the postage when we have given you the postage costs and you have placed your order |
